Drop-off hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm
(We close outside these times—our workshop elves need their tinkering time.)

What to do when you arrive

• Head to reception or give us a friendly wave.

• We’ll help unload, answer questions, and make sure your donation is logged.

• Got data-bearing items (laptops, PCs, phones)? We’ll handle them securely and track them through our process.

Every donation supports our trainees to learn real skills and keeps e-waste out of landfill. That’s people good and planet good.

Prefer to post? (Great for small bundles)

If you’ve only got a small amount—say a couple of laptops or a phone and some cables—please post them to help reduce van miles and cut our carbon footprint.

• If you can’t print it, no problem: include a note with your name, email, phone number, and a brief item list.

• If you’d like a data erasing certificate (for data-bearing items), say so on your note so we can email it to you after processing.

Packing tip:
Wrap devices snugly and fill any gaps—old newspapers make excellent bodyguards.
